Missing withdrawal

On 18th March I withdrew money from Paypal to my bank.

It has never appeared in my bank.

Paypal have given me an FPID reference to give to my bank, but my bank refuses to take this and just says they have never received the funds from Paypal.

I am now stuck between my bank saying no money received and paypal saying they've transferred it.

All the account details are correct, transfers usually just take minutes, but I am now missing money for over two weeks

Sorry but if paypal or your bank can't help you then i am not sure how fellow 'users' of paypal on this forum can help you unfortunately.

Well I'm hoping someone else has come across this before.

I refuse to just let money 'disappear' and, to be frank, I think the balance of probability is that it's Paypal that have done something wrong.

This is based on them being utterly useless over the past two weeks.
Useless and disinterested.
