Missing balance.

I got a refund from a company for a defective product. The money was paid into my PayPal account. I have a credit card linked to my PayPal from which my Skype and Netflix monthly payments are deducted, through PayPal. I have NOT selected PayPal balance as the default method of payment. In my transaction list it only shows two deductions for Netflix. This was after the refund was made. Both Netflix transactions are NOT close to the amount that was in my balance. The money that was refunded is gone. No message from PayPal at all about this. I can't contact PayPal via email as there is no option to select for my issue, so I can't continue. Any help would be much appreciated.
