Paypal has been telling me for months that the transfer of my money went through to my bank but my bank says it has not. I have provided bank statements to paypal showing i never received the money. I was reassured many times that paypals team was going to give me a sort code/ reference number, this was over a month ago, i need this so my bank can help me find this money that paypal says they have. I just received a message the same one i have gotten 5 times, saying that paypal doesn't have the money the bank does. They didnt provide me any numbers any help. This is over 600e missing, i desperately need this money. Please someone give me advice.
