I was charged from the metrobank card i didnt get a code but i recieved ‘’ET MCI SALE’’ i was charged twice to get another code please some one give me solution

If you cannot find the four-digit code on your statement to confirm the card, please contact your card issuer directly. They should be able to assist you with this further. Once the card is confirmed, the charges will be refunded to your card immediately.
