MISSING MONEY

Payment of $39.31 received but not credited into my paypal balance. (It has been 3 days since I kept on sending messages on their twitter and in their email.

My sender sent me the screenshot of his activity page that he sent me money, I also received an email from PayPal saying that I received the money and in my paypal account activity page it showed that I received $39.31 BUT my paypal balance is still the same.

Have you added USD as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

Have you verified your email address?

Have you checked the email address the funds were sent to was correct and the one linked to your paypal account.
