I am trying to link a bank account to get verified. I’ve tried two different bank account from two different banks and both are saying “this is linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts.” Neither of these accounts have been linked to a PayPal account before. I’ve waited a few days and tried again as well. Nothing has worked for me
