Hi, I tried linking my bank account to my Paypal account and it says "maximum thresholds for the day have been reached. Please try after 24 hours". Is there any way to remove that as I had to connect a different phone number to my bank account and it took a number of tries for it to work, and now I have my bank account connected to a new number?
