Linked Card Not Showing Up

Since the new layout came up (Instant / standard transfer popup), I cannot see my linked card when doing transfer. It only shows the option to link a new card and debit card. But the existing card, linked and verified (Also checked on settings and it's still there) is not showing up. This was never an issue before the layout update.

 

Also can't reach PayPal support. For some reason they are asking me to contact them using my registered email when I ALREADY AM using my registered email since I contacted them INSIDE PAYPAL. This doesn't even make sense.

Hi lukeramones and welcome, 

 

If your card is registered and all the details are correct then your card should be coming up as an option. I would check to ensure that the expiry date is up to date just in case. If your emails are being returned and you are using the email address that is registered to your account then I would check to ensure that your email address is confirmed as it is not confirmed you will get your emails returned.
