Link card problem

I linked my bank account yesterday, then I tried the code two times didn't work, I tried again today, now the card has unlinked itself and I was deducted from the bank. What should I do?

To withdraw funds you need to use the services of M-PESA or Equity Bank to transfer out of a Kenyan PayPal account.
If unable to get those to work customer service assistance would be needed.
