My pay pal has a netative balance I am waiting 0n a $7000 check from unemployment to hit my pp Account. I had lost the card and since gained a 200 negative balance Will the check that the other bank be deposited when it clears an do I have the option to have that check pass for the negative balance on my pp. or since it’s Negative is it going to make me mad and the checks and what you’ve done she better take care of it if u want
