When I try to link my card (MasterCard) there is a message saying me that there is a problem with my account. I completed all the accounts set up confirming email and phone number. I just created this account, I used to have a shared one with my parent, it may be the cause of the problem cause I just deleted my info from that account to link them into this one. Thanks for your time.

Hi @FilippoAmato ,
There would be a couple of reasons as to why the system is not letting us add the card. It might have been that the card is still linked to another Paypal account. You might want to check your parents' Paypal account and see if it is still linked to it. Or do you remember letting anyone use your card?
A card can only be linked to one Paypal account.
Also, it might have been that you were not able to verify yourself upon adding the card.
After checking, can you try adding the card again and let us know.
