Issue with confirming bank account 4 digit code missing

I have just set up my business pay pal account and have had the 0.01p added to my current account (personal not business).  However, there is no 4 digit code on the bank statement so I cannot verify my direct debit instruction.

However sometimes you can't view the code on online bank statements or ATM statements, you may have to ask in the branch or phone them up.
