I have been trying to add my DBS account to Paypal. It always says cannot be done, please try again later. Even after 2 weeks, it is the same.
The email support has been pathetic, they only send FAQs (looks like it is automated response).
2. The call help desk would not connect to an agent even after holding on to the call for 1 full hour. Is the SG helpdesk in operation and have human operators?
