Paypal **bleep** me over by providing outdated support and help pages
I looked for a week now to find the "My profile" and "My money" pages, but it is nowhere to be found.
the help pages tells me to go to "profile" next to "log out"
There is no profile, only a cog. So i click on the cog, there is no "my money" only "your profile" and "account settings"
I click on those, there is still no "my money" or manage recurrring payments, nothing.
I looked throught the entire paypal website, the only "my money" i can find, is in their help pages, which is outdated and gives me the same steps.
This has now cost me alot of money because i couldn't cancel my subscriptions for a week now and haven't received any reply from them.
So how do i cancel recurring payments?
How do i receive my money stolen from me?
How do i get paypal to respond to my disputes or emails?

It does vary country to country and from personal to business account but its normally in profile / settings which is the cog icon next to log out.
If you click on that do you see a payments option in the BLUE BAND at the top of the page?
Click that and you should see pre approved payments.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
