I transferred money from PayPal Account But Still Not Received In My Bank Account

I got payment from my client in PayPal Account of $170/- it automatically transferred to my linked bank account at 14 November 2020 at 4:55:30 a.m. IST but I did not receive the money at my bank account yet. I had a conversation with my bank with the transaction Id 95N97655WD305373J but they said there is no transaction with this transaction id, then where did my money go? Now the customer care of PayPal is closed. What Should I DO NOW? HELP ME Please!
