I received two payments but the money aren't in my PayPal account

I received two payments from my online shop ( paypal emails and confirmed status in shoppy.gg ) but the paypal balance isnt updated. ( that happened like 5 hours ago , the payments appear in my paypal history but not in my balance ) 

What should I do?
