I received tow random deposits from PayPal but i do not find a link to confirm the bank account

I received tow random deposits from PayPal but i do not find a link to confirm the bank account. I clicked on edit i found a link but after clicking on i found this message permanently "PayPal: Internal Error

We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later"

 What can I do to confirm?

Thank you Olivia, I received email after 3 day to push me confirm bank account, I then opened my account and click on bank account edit I found link of ready to confirm. The bank has confirmed and the problem solved.
