Thanks for posting your question in our Community. 

PayPal is country specific. This means that funding sources that are being added should be from the same country as in which you set up the PayPal account. In this case it matters where you live, If you live in the Philippines, you would need to add funding sources that are compatible. I am afraid that a Canadian card is not compatible, sorry.
