I need to add a new bank acclunt. Finally I get to the "we need to know it's you" - and sends a text to my mobile with 6 numbers. It NEVER arrives. Number is correct. Phone works. I send and get texts all day. And yes, I checked the Text Me box.
With covid - i can't reach anyone by phone here. What can I do???
