I’m having trouble sending money

I never had an issue sending money before but for some reason I keep getting a can’t complete your payment now try again later... I even ask the person to send me an invoice and the same thing happened. What is this all about? Has this been an issue for anyone else?

As you haven't said transaction type / countries / currencies / funding sources / etc then sorry can't help.
