I forgot to close my bank account and I delete my paypall acount

When im trying to add my bank acount in my paypall acount it says I reached the maximum acounts that my bank account is supossed to be added, in past I have a few acounts wich I was deleted because of payments problems and I didnt know first was supossed to remove bank acount from there I just delete the acounts, what I can do now to can add my bank acount in my New paypall acount?

You can only add a bank account to any paypal account 3 times in that banks lifetime, after that you can't add it anymore.

If you keep opening and closing paypal account then you will soon find you can't add it anymore.
