I don't see an ADD MONEY button ...

My PayPal account is linked to my checking account. However, I've never transferred money from checking to PayPal. Is there any way I can get an ADD MONEY button on my account? I've never had one, and now I need one on my account page so I can transfer money from my bank to PayPal. Please help.
