Hi,
Ive got a swirl prepaid debit card but when I go to transfer money to my paypal account from it i says I need a bank account even though its a prepaid debit card and I havent got one for it.
Anyone know what I can do???
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
