why can't I withdraw money from Paypal? I've been doing it several times but now it's so odd that the transaction is being denied. I haven't changed anything and I normally withdraw funds from my Paypal account without having any problem. Can't get help from anyone nor get answers when I call the number they(PayPal) provided.
It is saying on my email - "Your transfer could not be completed"
