Good day everyone! I really need help on how I can withdraw the money in my paypal account. This money is from donations for my mother who is battling with breast cancer. I am new to paypal, and my bad, I didn't know the rules and country restrictions. The problem is: 1. I don't have any other debit/credit card issued from The Philippines or non Qatar. 2. I tried linking my Gcash, but Paypal only allow linking Paypal account to Gcash if the Paypal was registered in The Philippines. 3. If I transfer the money from my paypal account to another paypal account, it's asking for shipping information, which I don't have because I am not selling. 4. I don't know how to reach Paypal from Qatar to speak to a peraon that can help me. Its a dead end for me..I hope you can help me find a solution. Thank you and have a nice day.
