Hello! I just got my new card after my old one expired but I can't link it to my Paypal account. I put money on the card, I have almost 3 USD on it so it has the amount needed to verify it. I also raised my non-secure transaction limit value on my card. It still doesn't work.
The message I get is "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method."
Nothing worked so far. I DESPERATELY need to link this card to my Paypal account within the next 5 hours. PLEASE HELP ASAP!
