Hi, I have a payment and recently I incorrectly linked a bank account to my PayPal. The payment was refunded as the bank account wasn't right. Now, I'm trying to link my bank account to receive the payment but when I try it says, "Sorry, we can't link your bank account right now". I believe that this is because one of the bank accounts I tried was already linked to 2 other PayPal accounts. So I removed the bank account from 1 account, but it still didn't work. Then I tried to 2 other banks accounts but it still didn't work.
