Hi! My account is linked to Payoneer card and a bank. I worked like this for two years. Now I was blocked by actions on my account due to one transaction, which I do not see on the card statement (the payment was from the card). I need to confirm the bank, but I'm not receiving two payments that need to be entered for confirmation. I called in support of the card (the bank), they also do not see them. How can I confirm the other way?
