I can't add my bank account

I can't add my bank account to pay, My Bank is in the USA. Please help

You can't add a local bank account / debit card in your country.
You can only link a credit card.

The only exception is Paypal allow a U.S bank account to be linked to most countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.

HOWEVER as you are in a country that can't receive paypal payments its unlikely you can add it but to do so try reaching out to customer services.

Also the option to receive paypal payments is sadly not available in Mali.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive paypal payments.

Thanks for your mail.Unfortunately for I can't still add my bank account. I'm working at the UN in new york. I'm currently working on a project in one of our mission in Bamako, Africa. My job demand I have it done as soon as possible. My Bank is in the US. I know I should be able to add my bank details as well.
