I can't add my bank account to my paypal or close it when trying to make a new one.

Even though I typed the right sort code and account number in (I only have 1 Paypal account not over 3, the maximum) and then when I try to delete the account and make another one, it doesn't let me open.

Actually you are only allowed x2 Paypal accounts and only then if x1 is a personal account and the other x1 is a business account.

If you have 2 of the same type you risk both being limited.

Are you trying to delete / close a paypal account or a bank account?
