I am unable to add / link bank account to my paypal account

I was hardly trying to add my Bank account to Paypal account / Credit Card. It's giving while doing this on Paypal. I am seeking for help to fix my issue. I need to resolve this issue ASAP. Please assist. Getting your account access temporarily limited. But, I submitted my Aadhaar Card and PAN card for verification and process is completed as i can see in the Dash board. When I tried to add the bank details encounters error as "There is problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center. So we can you to resolve this quickly".

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
