I Don't dispose a U.S bank account but foreign's one

My issue is that I just opened the paypal account, but I can't link my bank account cause it's not U.S one, so what to do please?

You may not be able to add a local bank account in your country.
In some countries you can only link a card.
The only exception is Paypal allow a U.S bank account to be linked to most countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.
