I need to transfer money from my linked bank account in Lithuania to my PayPal account.
Paypal's help center says I can do it through the transfer money option but that only allows me to transfer money from PayPal to my linked bank account and not otherwise.
The add funds option is sadly not available in every country.
However you don't need funds in your account as a buyer as paypal will take any payment automatically from any of your linked funding sources during the payment process.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
