Hello all,
my problem is pretty straight forward as explained above: I am currently spending time in Europe and have a Euro bank account.
I have created my paypal account back in the US, so everything seems to be specifically american: no way to add a French bank account nor a French mailing address.
However I just received a payment in Euro and want to keep it in Euro and transfer it to my Euro account, which avoids paying useless fees to get the money changed to dollars...
I was not able to find a clear answer to my question.
Thanks for your help!

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
However you are allowed x2 paypal accounts BUT 1 must be personal and the other 1 business.
There are some exceptions as some bank accounts can be linked to specific Paypal accounts in some countries....you can link a US paypal bank account to most other countries paypal accounts because paypal is a US company. But you can't add a European bank account to a U.S paypal account.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
