I have read that Pay Pal has PayPal cash cards, PayPal business cards and I wanted to get one. But after a month (now) I can't find anything anymore, every link mentioning cash card, business card, and something named PayPal key has a message - "The page you're looking for is no longer available."
And I don't want to buy Amazon gift cards, because there are a lot of fees.
