How do I link my American bank?

I am located in Europe but I hold an American bank account and I'd like to add it to paypal.

When trying to add the bank details, it asks me to provide ISBN.

Am I not allow to link US bank details to paypal due to my physical location?

Yes you can add a U.S paypal account to a Portuguese paypal account but if you have issues you may have to get customer services to add it for you.
