How To Link Chime Bank to PayPal Account

I have tried many of times to link chime bank account to paypal but i always get a message saying: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now." "Sorry, we can’t link your bank account right now." i changed my name on the chime account to match my paypal account name, i thought that was reason but i dont think it was. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue..?

If its an online ie virtual bank account then sadly its unlikely to be Paypal accepted.
