Why does PayPal decide to hold money all of a sudden as if my account is new? Furthermore, I have been dealing with the same client for almost a year now. Am I new to Paypal?? I have transacted for a long time using PayPal. I wonder why the funds should be on hold while the client confirmed the delivery!! It is a week now as Paypal promised to release my money but nothing has happened!!! I am suffering waiting for the funds on hold!!
