My account has been limited and I am unable to do anything pretty much and I need to take all the money off it before I loose my PayPal. SOMONE please help me how to take the money off please

Whether you can withdraw the funds OR send them to someone else to withdraw would depend on what limitations paypal have applied to your account.

If you can't do either then you would have to resolve any issues first to remove the limitation.
