Hi ! I`m trying to link my card (is maestro just in case ) but PayPal allways send me this message "We can't complete this right now." I verified all my card dates but nothing .
Do not keep repeating to add your card right now. It will make it harder. Do it once or twice and stop and try later in a few days. PayPal system can be temperamental and act weird so do not force it.
It depends, not all cards work with PayPal. It also depends on country. But maybe the system couldn't complete the adding of your card at the time too. If you have a different card, you can try it.
