My daughter sent me money and always goes to the paypal balance online. This time it went to a PayPal Cash Plus balance I do not know what that is or where my money is. Please help! Thank you
I tested at my own risk to find if I had balance issue problem in my primary paypal account, I sent to myself $10 from my paypal account to my secondary paypal account having balance issue and the money never show up in my recipient balance, i did a refund back, and paypal took the money in my balance ,I'm now $20 less in my secondary paypal balance. But my primary paypal account seem not having balance issue cause the refund appear in the balance. find the probleme? We are fu..ed up!
