I just started my PayPal acct and my husband sent me $100 from his acct. well the money is in my PP ACCT. but keeps saying it can’t transfer to bank acct because of “fee”. Help

If you are withdrawing to a bank account then its free.

If you are withdrawing to a debit card then you pay a fee.

So withdraw the amount minus the fee.
