Please help. I cannot connect my bank account with my PayPal account. The message I get says we cannot verify that it is you. What do I do? I need to transfer funds to my account.

Is the name on your bank account the exact same as the name on your paypal account?

Are you adding a bank account issued in your country?

Have you got a linked and confirmed mobile (not landline) phone registered in your name only and issued in your country linked to your paypal account?
