I have just bought this Vanilla VISA Debit card with 25 dollars on it, I've been trying to link to debit card to paypal, I have verified it and everything on the website but it still says "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method." And I've been trying to fix this for around 2 hour,I can't find anything that can help me.
