Hello,how to contact paypal via email. O want to inform that my order already delivered so PayPal can release hold on my fund since my courier didn't got in list. It's seem got to options when I enter the contact details, ask the community and go to resolution centre. no email us options.regards

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.

If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.

Live chat is also randomly available.
