I'm trying to cash in from my verified Paypal account to my linked GCash account but there is this error that always pops up and says "Sorry, we are unable to proceed with your cash-in request. Please ensure that your Paypal account has been activated or that there are no security restrictions on your account. You may contact Paypal support for more info." Has anyone experienced this and may I know what you did to be able to withdraw your fund? Thank you!
You'll need to add a debit/credit card into your PayPal account to remove your withdrawal limits.
Otherwise, it could be GCash's wallet limits, where you can only transact php100,000 per day / month (check your transaction history). You can see the limits here.
Also, there could be a chance that PayPal may be blocking your transactions from time to time to monitor each transaction for risks / fraudulent activity.
Try waiting up to 24 hours before trying again / updating your GCash app / renewing your preapproval payments plan with GCash 🙂
