Hi all a while back my ex girlfriend inspite got my phone and **bleep** up all my accounts and one of them was my old PayPal account. With covid for so long I was unable to reach a live agent and did so about a week ago and he assured me a ticket would be opened for my transfer and that those funds would be placed in my new current account I use. I can't express to you the amount of frustration ive dealt with concerning this matter and like I said covid just added to the issue. I have been given the run around about this being told to fax in proof of driver's license, address and soon then "oh we changed our policy " and on and on. Now this last agent I spoke with assured me these funds would be in my account by Christmas because i needed the money for my children's presents. Its MY money and wasn't my fault this happened to me and because of all the fake promises ive been told im really hesitant to believe this last agent like he said. He told me 3-5 business days and I believe today is day 8 and my Christmas was very sad due in part of this. If there is anyone that can help me I would appreciate it so much! Thanks for reading.
