Failure to fix anything for three weeks

I have been trying to transfer money for three weeks from my PayPal account to my debit card or my bank account and nothing is fixed they tell me I’m all set I try to transfer it they block me I served 48 hours while the system resets it takes two days to get a hold of somebody again no one calls no one messages back when they do it’s 1 o’clock in the morning thenThere on the phone with me for a couple of minutes and they tell me I’m all sad go ahead and transfer the money I go to transfer the money he puts a block on my phone because it won’t transfer the money in it says I have to serve another review 48 to 72 hours then it starts all over again this is been going on for three weeks they have not resolve the issue it’s like they’re playing games with me

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
Is any debit cards billing address the same as your paypal account address?

Have you tried to withdraw via the app?

They finally fixed it it took two hours on the phone and they couldn’t explain to me what was actually wrong

Well I guess I was wrong it still doesn’t work I can’t withdraw on my card or bank accounts
