FIRC NOT RECEIVED

I have applied for FIRC on Feb 16th 2020, Till date my bank nor me have not received any updates.

May i get your guidance please.

I'm sorry to hear the process is proving to be time-consuming. Here is some information on FIRC:

• For Citibank account holders, it should normally take 3-5 business days and in case of bulk issuance, it can take up to 10 business days from the time completed request is accepted by Citibank.
• For non-Citibank account holders, it may take 7-10 business days.

Please note that the duration mentioned is the processing period, and does not include the time taken to ship the documents from your bank to Citibank, and back. The FIRC will be delivered to your beneficiary bank address, which you will mention in the FIRC request letter you send to Citibank. 

Now that it has been since February 16th, I would highly suggest calling customer service to see if they have more information for you.

Exception Reason - We have received your request and the same has been processed but we cannot share the soft copies of FIRC/ADVICE as we are not able to print the same due to COVID-19.
We apologies for the inconvenience caused and will do the needful at the earliest as soon as the pandemic is over.

i applied for the firc on 3rd of april and still i do not receive the firc.

i mail you 3 or 4 times but do not get any response yet.

why so? and what we have to do more? when i will receive the firc as well.

I have applied FIRC on July 13th 2020. It's almost more than 2 months. Will i get it or not if not please refund my fee 2000 + GST. Because of this I am not able to claim GST refund.

Same issue... even after many days, I didn't get any response from PayPal or city bank. Although PayPal customer care not working. 

Any idea how to get this solved??
