Error linking card - debit card already linked to another account

How long do I have to wait before I can link a debit card that was removed from a another PayPal account?

It has already been 3 days since I removed the debit card from my previous account( which is now deleted), still I can't link the card.

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
